Behaviour Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

Work with children/adults to assess and improve behavioral, emotional, and social skills

Implement behavior intervention plans as guided by senior therapists or psychologists

Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions

Observe, record, and document client progress regularly

Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors

Coordinate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and clinical teams

Maintain accurate therapy notes and reports

Follow ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality

Requirements:

Female candidate only

Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or related field preferred

Training or certification in Behavior Therapy / ABA is an advantage

Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays preferred

Good communication, patience, and empathy

Willingness to learn and work under supervision
