Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Typist & DTP Operator proficient in Telugu and English to prepare, format, and design agreements and legal documents. The candidate will be responsible for accurate typing along with professional document formatting and layout using DTP tools.

Key Responsibilities

Type agreements, contracts, affidavits, and legal documents in Telugu and English.

• Perform DTP work including formatting, layout design, and document structuring.
• Convert handwritten or scanned documents into well-formatted digital files.
• Ensure proper alignment, margins, spacing, fonts, and paragraph structure.
• Use DTP/software tools to create clean and professional-looking documents.
• Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
• Edit and revise documents based on instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality of legal and official documents.
• Organize and manage digital files efficiently.
• Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Telugu and English typing.
• Knowledge of DTP (Desktop Publishing) and document formatting.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Word, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe InDesign, or CorelDRAW.
• Good typing speed (30–50 WPM preferred).
• Understanding of document layout (margins, alignment, spacing).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in legal documentation or agreement typing.
• Knowledge of Telugu typing software (Unicode, transliteration tools).
• Prior experience in DTP or printing/design work.
• Basic understanding of legal terms and formats.
