Location: GANDANGUDA BANDLAGUDA JAIR
Employment Type: Full-time

Role summary
KLP Enterprises ke liye ek responsible aur organised Store & Billing In-charge chahiye jo store ka poora stock manage karega, billing aur invoices create karega, aur store-related daily records maintain karega. Candidate ko stock control, basic accounting records aur customer billing ka practical experience hona chahiye.
Responsibilities
- Daily incoming material ka receipt aur verify karna (GRN banana / receive voucher).
- Material ko proper location par store karna aur stock entries update karna.
- Sales & customer billing — accurate invoices banana (GST compliant).
- Billing software (Tally, Busy, or any billing software) aur MS Excel me entries karna.
- Daily / weekly stock reconciliation aur stock report banana.
- Damaged / returned items ka record rakhna aur supplier/customer ke sath coordinate karna.
- Purchase challan / bills ko file karna aur vendor bills ko arrange karna.
- Monthly stock statement aur basic stock ageing report taiyar karna.
- Supervisor / accounts team ko timely reports aur supporting documents provide karna.
- Cash/ POS/ payment reconciliation (agar store me cash handling hota hai).
- Store cleanliness aur safety norms ka dhyan rakhna.
Required skills & qualifications
- 10+2 / Graduate
- 1–3 saal ka store / inventory / billing experience (construction materials/retail preferred).
- Tally / Busy / any billing software ka basic-advanced knowledge.
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, pivot tables ka basic knowledge).
- GST invoicing aur basic compliance ki samajh.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, punctual.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Physical stamina for store activities (lifting light items occasionally).
Preferred
- Basic understanding of procurement & supplier coordination.
Documents to bring at interview
- Updated CV.
- Original and photocopy of identity proof (Aadhaar/PAN).
- Experience certificates (agar ho).
- Recent passport photo.
Working hours & benefits
- Work timing: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM — modify as per your policy.
