Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Generate leads through cold calling, database calling, and follow-ups
- Identify customer needs and schedule office demos accordingly
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, responses, and outcomes in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
