Key Responsibilities

1. Make outgoing calls: Contact customers to sell, promote, or discuss products/services.

2. Handle incoming calls: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.

3. Meet sales targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.

4. Provide customer support: Resolve customer complaints, address concerns, and offer solutions.

5. Update records: Maintain accurate customer data and call records.

6. Follow scripts: Adhere to prepared sales scripts and guidelines.
