Branch Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Branch Manager will oversee administrative operations, client coordination, and business development for Black Belt Commandos Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. The role requires strong discipline, leadership, and the ability to travel to various project sites across states. Candidates with a forces background who understand operational integrity, reporting, and field coordination will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of branches and project sites.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Field Officers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure timely deployment, documentation, onboarding, and compliance for guards/personnel.
• Maintain records, agreements, attendance summaries, salary sheets, and statutory documents.
• Support in recruitment processes, especially for guards, supervisors, and field staff.
• Implement and monitor SOPs, company policies, and operational discipline.

2. Marketing & Business Development

• Visit potential clients across states to pitch security services.
• Prepare and present company profile, proposals, and site surveys.
• Build strong relationships with facility managers, corporates, and project heads.
• Conduct competitive research and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Conduct regular client visits and feedback meetings.
• Handle escalation calls and resolve operational gaps.
• Ensure service-level commitments are met across all sites.
• Coordinate for timely client billing, renewals, and contract extensions.
• 4. Field Travel & Coordination
• Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Goa (or as required).
• Conduct site inspections, surprise audits, and operational reviews.
• Assist in new site mobilisations, deployment planning, and manpower coordination.
• 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare MIS reports on operations, sales pipeline, client performance, and field activity.
• Maintain proper documentation of client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all admin & marketing-related reports are submitted on time.

Required Qualifications

• Ex-Serviceman preferred (Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary / Police).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in administration, operations, or field coordination.
• Experience in security agency operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills (English & local languages preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driving licence; ability to travel at short notice.
