Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Manager located in the Hyderabad . The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales processes, and overseeing sales operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, driving sales initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, and managing sales targets. The role also involves leading and motivating a team to achieve goals and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
• Experience in Team Management and the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to execute strategies and drive revenue growth
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize sales processes
• Previous experience in a leadership role or management position is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is highly desirable
