Tech HR Assistant

This is not a typical HR or desk job.

We are looking for a smart, proactive B.Tech fresher who wants to work closely with the CEO in a startup environment and learn how a real business operates.

You will assist in talent hiring, client coordination, and EdTech service support, while gaining exposure to recruitment, business development, and startup operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants practical industry exposure instead of routine work.

🎯 Key Responsibilities: Talent & Recruitment

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain candidate database and hiring updates

Client Services

• Assist in communication with clients and candidates
• Coordinate follow-ups and hiring updates
• Support client requirements and delivery activities

EdTech & Business Support

• Assist in promoting training programs and EdTech services
• Guide interested candidates about available programs
• Support business growth activities

Founder’s Office Support

• Work directly with the CEO on daily operational tasks
• Assist in research, coordination, and follow-ups
• Support startup business activities and planning
