Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students and parents through calls & follow-ups

• Explain courses, career outcomes, and placement support clearly

• Understand student needs and recommend the right programs

• Handle objections and convert leads into confirmed admissions

• Maintain accurate updates in CRM

• Coordinate with finance/EMI teams for smooth onboarding

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Candidate Profile

• Telugu & English communication mandatory

• Strong convincing & objection-handling skills

• Target-oriented with a positive, growth mindset

• Willing to learn, adapt, and grow into leadership roles
