🔹 Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong experience in sales, field sales, project research, and client management within the construction / façade / real estate industry. The role focuses on identifying new projects, building client relationships, and converting leads into business.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in façade and construction projects
• Conduct field sales activities across Hyderabad & AP
• Research and track upcoming high-rise, commercial & residential projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants & contractors
• Generate enquiries, prepare proposals, and support project closures
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams
• Maintain client database and follow up for repeat business
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• 🔹 Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of façade systems / construction processes
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Client handling & relationship management
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools
• 🔹 QualificationsAny Degree / Diploma (Engineering or Management preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in Business Development or Sales
• Construction / Real Estate / Façade industry experience is mandatory
