Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive who loves marketing and selling, enjoys interacting with customers, and is passionate about product research. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, independent, and eager to grow within the organization.

This role requires strong communication skills, field work, customer engagement, and consistent follow-ups to drive sales growth.

 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and expand B2B customer base for industrial chemicals

 Conduct product research and identify new market opportunities

 Meet and communicate with customers regularly (field & office-based)

 Generate new business leads and convert them into sales

 Maintain long-term relationships with clients

 Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentives on every sale

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

 Travel locally for business development activities when required

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

 MSc / BSc / MCom / BCom

 Very bright candidates with 12th+ may also be considered

 B.Tech / M.Tech / Engineering professionals need not apply

Experience:

 3–5 years of total experience

 Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development (Mandatory)

Language Requirements:

 Fluent in English (Mandatory)

 Fluent in Hindi – Speaking (Mandatory)

 Age:

23 – 28 years

Location Preference:

Prefer candidates residing within 8 km radius of Dr. A. S. Rao Nagar, Secunderabad
