Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth for VOX Studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing deals for creative and digital services.


The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the advertising, branding, and digital marketing industry.



Key Responsibilities


Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Promote VOX Studio services including:
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Website Design & Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • Pharma Branding & Visual Aid Design
  • Social Media Marketing



Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain company services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Market Research

  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and identify potential industries to target.



Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing team to ensure project delivery.



Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and marketing knowledge
  • Ability to generate and convert business leads
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and branding services
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, advertising agency, or digital marketing company
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply



Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Advertising Agency / Digital Marketing / IT Services Sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Experience with corporate clients or pharma companies
