Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms

Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries

Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers

Arrange and conduct site visits

Follow up with clients and close sales deals

Maintain customer database and daily follow-up reports

Coordinate with marketing & CRM teams


Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of real estate market

Strong negotiation & convincing skills
