📝 Job Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team. The role includes team management, lead generation, on-site deal closures, and driving overall business growth in the real estate segment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and manage the BDE team

• Create and lead a high-performing sales team

• Oversee lead generation and lead management processes

• Support and monitor team performance and targets

• Close deals through on-site visits and face-to-face meetings

• Ensure consistent revenue growth and team productivity

👥 Team Management:

• Supervise Business Development Executives

• Guide team on follow-ups and conversion strategies

• Track performance metrics and target achievement

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate industry experience (Mandatory)

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
