Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Management:

●      Recruit and manage affiliates.

●      Support and optimize affiliate performance.

●      Monitor activities and report metrics.

1. Partnership Development:

●      Identify and negotiate new partnerships.

●      Maintain communication and resolve issues with partners.

1. Strategy Implementation:

●      Develop strategies to boost affiliate participation and revenue.

●      Analyze market trends and refine tactics.

1. Performance Analysis:

●      Track KPIs and affiliate performance using analytics tools.

●      Provide insights for strategy adjustments.

1. Compliance and Risk Management:

●      Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

●      Monitor affiliate content for brand integrity.

●      Mitigate risks in affiliate partnerships.

 Qualifications:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

●      Experience in affiliate marketing or business development for 3 – 5 yrs.

●      Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

●      Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms is preferred.

●      Ability to work independently and in a team.
