Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that align with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and identify new opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
