About the Role

We are hiring an Business Development Manager to call pre-qualified leads and convert them into customers for our Website Design & Development services. your role is to pitch, explain benefits, follow up, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call potential customers from the company-provided lead list
  • Explain website packages, features, and benefits
  • Handle objections and guide leads toward purchase decision
  • Share proposals and follow-up on WhatsApp & calls
  • Close deals and coordinate onboarding with the project team
  • Maintain CRM updates and daily call reports

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of telecalling / inside sales / digital service sales experience
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of websites (Domain, Hosting, WordPress)
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools
  • Target-driven and energetic
