Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth through B2B field sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting corporate clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Candidates with experience in Cloud, SaaS, or Telecom sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new B2B clients through field sales activities

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos

Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and achieve monthly targets

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery

Prepare sales reports and market insights

Required Skills:

Proven experience in B2B field sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Lead generation and closing expertise

Customer relationship management

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Willingness to travel for field sales

Eligibility:

Any graduate

3–4 years of experience in B2B field sales

Experience in Cloud / SaaS / Telecom domain is an added advantage
