Opportunity Offer Type: Permanent Position | Commission-Only (No Fixed Salary)

Earnings Potential: Up to ₹80,000/- per month based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Govt Projects, HR Recruitment, Digital Marketing, Print/Electronic Media segments.
• Build and maintain client relationships, pitch services, and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct market research, lead generation, and networking to expand client base in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh regions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, recruitment staffing, media campaigns, and digital strategies.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and ensure 100% client satisfaction for repeat business.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and head office collaborations from Kukatpally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English (spoken & written) – mandatory for client interactions.
• 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, HR recruitment, media, or digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with ability to thrive on commission-based earnings.
• Local candidates from Hyderabad/Telangana preferred; immediate joiners prioritized.
• Qualification: Any Graduate; CA knowledge or business diploma advantageous.
