• Position: Trainee Business Manager (Not Salary Based - Commission Based - WFH)

Key Responsibilities : Join our dynamic team to drive business growth across multiple high-demand segments. Daily tasks include:

• Identifying and sourcing leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media in HR Recruitment, Digital Marketing, Print & Electronic Media, Law, GST, Income Tax, Loans, and Insurance.
• Managing end-to-end client interactions: From initial outreach and needs assessment to pitching services, closing deals, and follow-ups.
• Building and nurturing client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and timely closures.
• Maintaining detailed records of leads, conversations, and deals in CRM tools or WhatsApp Business.
• Achieving daily/weekly targets for calls (50+), leads generated, and conversions.
• Participating in team training sessions and strategy calls to upscale skills in sales, negotiation, and segment-specific knowledge.

Requirements To succeed, you must have:

• Stable WiFi Internet with minimum 40 Mbps speed for seamless video calls and operations.
• Personal Laptop or Desktop PC (with webcam, microphone, and basic software like MS Office, Zoom).
• Dual WhatsApp setup: Primary + Secondary number/SIM on a smartphone for business segregation.
• Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi (written and verbal).
• Self-motivation, discipline to work independently without supervision.
• Basic knowledge of sales/HR preferred; full training provided for trainees.
• Age 21-45; Any graduate or equivalent experience in sales/recruitment.
