Call Center Team Leader – Health & Wellness (Homeopathy)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Team Leader with 3–8 years of experience as a team leader, to lead our Homeopathy telesales department(15 to 20 executives). You will manage a high-performing squad focused on patient acquisition and healthcare service sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Handling: Lead (15 to 20 executives) and monitor a team of sales agents to hit daily/monthly homeopathy consultation and package targets.
• Sales Excellence: Drive telesales performance by refining scripts for homeopathy-specific objection handling and patient empathy.
• Performance Coaching: Conduct regular call audits and side-by-side coaching to improve conversion rates and service quality.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure the team follows medical sales ethics and accurate representation of homeopathy treatments.
• Operations: Manage attendance, daily MIS reporting, and incentive calculations for the squad.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Mandatory 3–8 years specifically as a Call Center Team Leader(15 to 20 executives).
• Background: Proven track record in Homeopathy or Health-related sales / telesales.
• Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, strong motivational skills, and high-level negotiation.

Shift & Compensation

• Working Hours: 9:20 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Weekly Off: Rotational (1 day off between Monday – Friday).
• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (based on previous experience and interview performance salary negotiable).
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000.
