Job Description
CCTV Operator –
Role Summary:
Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure safety and security across the hospital.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor live surveillance and report incidents immediately.
- Maintain logs and support security investigations.
- Retrieve footage as required and follow hospital SOPs.
- Report camera malfunctions or technical issues.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- RequirementsIntermediate/Graduate with 1–3 years’ CCTV monitoring experience.
- Good observation skills, basic computer knowledge.
- Ready for rotational shifts.
