Job Title: CCTV Surveillance & Monitoring Officer –

Dental Clinic Job Summary We are seeking a detail- Oriented and responsible CCTV Surveillance & Monitoring Officer to oversee security operations within our dental clinic. The role involves continuous monitoring of CCTV systems, ensuring the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and clinic property. Candidates with prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare environments will be given strong preference.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor

• live CCTV footage to ensure the security and safety of clinic premises at all times.
• Identify, report, and escalate any suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Maintain proper documentation of all incidents, observations, and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate with clinic management, security personnel, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly; report any technical issues promptly.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with clinic security protocols, privacy standards, and safety guidelines.
• Support incident investigations by reviewing recorded footage when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of patients and staff at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare security is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong attention to detail, observation skills, and situational awareness.
• Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional during routine operations and emergencies.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
