Job Description
Job Summary:
The Channel Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the channel partner (broker) network to drive sales for residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves partner onboarding, relationship management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets through effective channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/brokers to generate sales leads.
- Build strong relationships with existing channel partners and ensure long-term engagement.
- Drive sales targets through channel partners and ensure timely closures.
- Conduct regular channel partner meetings, CP meets, and project presentations.
- Train channel partners on project details, pricing, USPs, and sales processes.
- Track channel partner performance and ensure lead conversion efficiency.
- Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and booking formalities.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with RERA norms and company sales policies.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and channel performance dashboards.
