We are looking for a Chat Executive to handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp. The role involves responding promptly to messages, explaining private theatre booking details, available time slots, pricing, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for customers. The Chat Executive will also coordinate with branch managers to confirm availability and communicate booking details accurately.
