Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits and measure RCC, brickwork, plaster, earthwork, paving, landscaping and irrigation
works.
• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, plans, sections, and layouts based on site measurements.
• Interpret 2D drawings, section plans, elevations, and 3D models accurately.
• Perform detailed material quantity calculations including cement, sand, aggregates, steel, bricks, tiles,
pipes and plants.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates strictly based on Telangana SSR rates.
• Compare existing site conditions with proposed designs and estimate additional work.
• Prepare and verify RA Bills and Final Bills as per government standards.
• Maintain complete documentation including measurements, drawings, BOQs and billing records for audit compliance.
