· Managing daily on-site construction ensuring a timely and cost-effective delivery.

· Conducting project review meeting to track project progress

· Short listing and appointing sub-vendors & contractors for various activities & evaluating their performance periodically.

· Supervising day to day construction activities and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors

· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries

· Providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site Management

· Evaluating present cost, benefits etc before finalizing the project

· Finalizing requirement and specifications in consolation with principals.

· Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design

· Qualifications and Skills

Required B Tech/ Diploma (Civil Engineering) candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in Project Supervision/Site Supervision.
