Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Coordinate and manage client campaigns from initiation to delivery.

Communicate updates, reports, and campaign performance insights to clients.

Schedule and facilitate client meetings, follow-ups, and feedback sessions.

Work closely with sales, telecalling, and creative teams to ensure timely execution.

Maintain CRM records, track deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.

Support escalation handling and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications).

2–3 years of experience in client coordination, customer success, or account management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu.

Good understanding of digital marketing or lead-generation processes is an added advantage.

Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
