Position: Client Coordinator

Eligibility: Freshers Only — Immediate Joiners Preferred

Office Location: Modern Profound Tech Park, Ground Floor, Lane Opp. Google,Whitefields, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500084

Employment Type: Day Shift

Industry: IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
• Sharing product information, conducting demos, and providing pricing details
• Following up with leads and assisting with client onboarding
• Maintaining and updating client records using Google Sheets/CRM

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi, Kannada
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
