Cloud Kitchen Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary:Cloud Kitech is seeking an experienced Operations Executive with a background in cloud kitchen or restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, order management, delivery coordination, inventory control, and ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end daily operations of the cloud kitchen.
• Monitor online orders from platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
• Ensure timely order preparation and dispatch coordination.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain duty schedules.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance standards.
• Handle inventory management, stock audits, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor food cost, wastage control, and operational expenses.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with aggregator support teams.
• Track daily sales reports and prepare MIS reports.
• Manage day-to-day cloud kitchen operations
• Supervise cooks and helpers
• Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene
• Handle online food orders (Swiggy/Zomato)
• Manage inventory and reduce wastage
• Ensure timely order preparation and dispatch
• Handle customer feedback and complaints
• Maintain daily sales and expense reports
• Requirements1–3 years experience in cloud kitchen / restaurant / hotel
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to manage staff and kitchen operations
• Responsible and hardworking
• Salary₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
