CNC LATHE/TURNMILL PROGRAMMER

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer for our Turning Division with hands-on experience in Turn-Mill machines also. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Fanuc controllers and proficiency in CAD/CAM software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for turning and turn-mill operations.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure parts meet quality and precision standards.
• Translate technical drawings and specifications into efficient CNC programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues on Fanuc-controlled machines.
• Optimize machining cycles for speed, efficiency, and tool life.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs, tool lists, and process parameters.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Turn-Mill CNC machines.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, CATIA, NX, or similar).
• Extensive knowledge of Fanuc CNC controllers.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• प्रोग्राम, टूल लिस्ट और प्रोसेस पैरामीटर का सही दस्तावेजीकरण करना।
• डिजाइन और इंजीनियरिंग टीम के साथ मिलकर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्रक्रियाओं में सुधार करना।

आवश्यक कौशल और योग्यता:

• Turn-Mill CNC मशीनों का व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
• CAD/CAM सॉफ्टवेयर में प्रवीणता (जैसे Mastercam, CATIA, NX आदि)।
• Fanuc CNC कंट्रोलर्स का गहन ज्ञान।
• मशीनिंग प्रक्रियाओं, टूल चयन और मटीरियल की मजबूत समझ।
• तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग और ब्लूप्रिंट को पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता।

अधिमान्य योग्यता:

• मैकेनिकल/मैन्युफैक्चरिंग इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या डिग्री।
• प्रोसेस इम्प्रूवमेंट और लीन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग का अनुभव।
