Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts
Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the system
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
