💰 Salary: ₹20000 TO 30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Experience)

📝 Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Debt Collection Team Leader to manage and drive a team of collection executives in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and improving team performance through training and supervision.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of field and tele-calling collection agents.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of recovery goals.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Handle and resolve escalated or sensitive recovery cases.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company collection policies.
• Analyze financial data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Manage daily operations, attendance, and productivity tracking.
• Maintain strong coordination with management and other departments.
• 2–5 years of experience in debt collection/recovery.
• Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of loan/EMI recovery processes and local market conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
