Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Collection Telecaller with good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue EMI payments and encouraging them to clear their outstanding loan amounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to remind them about overdue EMI payments
• Explain outstanding loan details clearly and professionally
• Motivate and guide customers to make timely payments
• Negotiate payment plans when required
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details
• Ensure polite and respectful communication at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections
• Basic knowledge of loans/EMI collections preferred
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary: Package: 1.50Lakhs to 3Lakhs 

Variable Package: 3.5Lakhs to 8.4Lakhs
