Job Description:

We are looking for a Collection Telecaller with strong communication skills to handle customer interactions regarding outstanding payments. The candidate should be confident, polite, and persuasive while speaking with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers and inform them about due/outstanding payments
• Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment collection
• Maintain proper call records and customer responses
• Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Telugu is mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of handling calls and customer service
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Minimum qualification: Any degree / Intermediate

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month
