Collections Executive

Job Summary

The Collection Executive will be responsible for collecting customer payments related to property bookings, installments, maintenance charges, and other dues. The role requires regular coordination with customers, sales, and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for property-related payments such as booking amount, installments, EMIs, and maintenance charges
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to track payment schedules and customer commitments
• Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and outstanding balances
• Ensure timely deposit and reconciliation of collected amounts
• Handle customer queries related to payment schedules, statements, and dues
• Send payment reminders via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Prepare daily and monthly collection MIS reports
• Visit project sites or customer locations for field collections when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection practices
• Escalate delayed or critical cases to seniors for resolution

Additional Requirement

• Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory with a valid driving license for site visits and field collections.
