Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Team Lead – Collections & Recovery to manage a team of collection executives and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. The role involves handling delinquent accounts, improving recovery performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of collection agents/executives
• Assign and monitor daily collection targets
• Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts
• Improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency
• Handle escalated/high-value recovery cases
• Maintain proper documentation and call records
• Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports (MIS)
