Job Description
- Assist in preparation of cake batters, fillings, creams, and frostings
- Support cake artists in cake stacking, crumb coating, and basic decoration
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as per recipes
- Perform basic piping and simple fondant work when required
- Assist in finishing and presentation of cakes and desserts
- Help with packaging and labeling of completed orders
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, tools, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages to supervisors
- Support the team during bulk orders and peak production times
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
- Work collaboratively with chefs and team members in the cake studio
