Job Title: Computer Operator

Location: Adhaar Seva Kendra, First floor, Shop No. S01 & EE, Moosarambagh Metro Station, Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad-500036

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to join our team at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling computer systems and data entry tasks while ensuring the security and accuracy of sensitive personal information related to Aadhaar services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and update personal data in the Aadhaar system, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
  • System Monitoring: Regularly monitor and maintain the Aadhaar system to ensure its smooth operation. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist clients with the Aadhaar enrollment and update process. Provide information and guidance on Aadhaar services and procedures.
  • Document Handling: Verify and process documents submitted by clients, ensuring they meet all requirements and are correctly scanned and stored.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and manage records related to Aadhaar applications, updates, and client interactions in compliance with data protection regulations.


7 days Operational center (1 day week off)

Any other related task as may be required from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer operations, including experience with data entry software, MS Office Suite, and database management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service is desirable, with a focus on providing clear and helpful assistance to clients

-The person shall be of age 18 years and above.

- The person shall have a minimum education qualification of a graduate.

- The person shall have been enrolled for Aadhaar and his/her Aadhaar number shall have been generated.

- The person shall have a basic understanding of operating a computer and shall be comfortable with local language keyboard and transliteration.

- The person shall have basic English and Local Language proficiency.
