Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with strong knowledge in residential construction. The candidate must be capable of handling projects independently from foundation stage to final finishing, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and proper site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution

• Supervise residential construction from excavation to handover.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality standards at every stage (foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, tiling, finishing).

2. Site Planning & Coordination

• Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure proper sequencing of work activities.

3. Material Management

• Monitor material requirements and consumption.
• Prevent wastage and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain material inward/outward records.

4. Labour Management

Allocate work to labour teams efficiently.

• Monitor productivity and discipline on site.
• Resolve on-site labour issues when required.

Technical Knowledge

Good understanding of:

• RCC works
• Brickwork
• Waterproofing
• Plumbing & Electrical coordination
• Finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

6. Reporting

• Submit daily progress reports.
• Update management on site progress and challenges.
• Maintain site documentation.
