✔️ Must have their own YouTube channel with at least 10–15 uploaded videos

✔️ Highly creative thinker who can generate new video ideas regularly

✔️ Ability to create and upload YouTube videos consistently (daily uploads preferred)

✔️ Strong understanding of YouTube trends, audience engagement, and channel growth

✔️ Experience in video shooting and editing (editing skills are a strong advantage)

✔️ Ability to research travel topics using trusted travel journals and databases such as Condé Nast Traveler and other travel publications

✔️ Passion for travel storytelling and digital media

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Research travel topics using travel journals, travel databases, and industry sources

• Generate creative and trending travel content ideas

• Plan, shoot, edit, and upload engaging YouTube videos regularly

• Manage the complete YouTube channel operations

• Create eye-catching thumbnails, titles, and descriptions optimized for YouTube SEO

• Analyze YouTube analytics to improve views and engagement

• Produce YouTube Shorts and travel-related storytelling content
