Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience of Real-Estate industry. ( Tranquil & Zoho)

Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad

MYRON HOMES is looking for a customer relationship management (CRM) specialist manages the technology of a company to improve marketing. Their responsibility is to maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care. They are the liaison between employees and the CRM software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain the leads dashboard and explain the CRM tool to new employees.

• Resolution of CRM related Issues.
• Prepare and generate the MIS reports and CRM Reports on Hourly basis.
• Co-ordination with the Site in charge at the project location.
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing people and Sales team regarding their ID creation.
• Proficiency with CRM software and a good understanding of data management.
• Provide support and training to staff on CRM software and processes.
