Job Description: ICICI Lombard is looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. Freshers with a graduate degree are encouraged to apply. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance products and services.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information about policies, claims, renewals, and payments.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Provide support through phone, email, and chat as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt responses and a professional attitude.
  • Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution when necessary.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline.


  • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Skills:Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
