in the banking sector is responsible for managing outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments

or credit card dues. The primary goal is to recover outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and adhering to regulatory compliance guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues
• Follow up for timely repayments and ensure collection targets are met
• Negotiate and set up suitable payment plans with customers
• Handle customer queries, disputes, and provide appropriate resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates
• Ensure compliance with banking and legal guidelines during collections
• Skills Required:Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of banking/financial products
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills
• Salary:₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives
