As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will serve as the front-line representative of our company and help maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or requests via various communication channels (phone, email, social media) in a professional and courteous manner.

Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs, problems, or complaints and work diligently to provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

Product/Service Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support

Problem Solving: Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tools.

Should be Fluent in Telugu, basic English and Hindi is preferred.

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree may be preferred for this position).

·       Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

·       Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.

·       Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.

·       Adaptability and a willingness to learn about new products or services.
