Customer Care Executive

CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

• Listen to customer complaints and try to identify the cause of their problem

• Identify appropriate response & strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Assist customers on placement of orders, refunds or exchanges

• Share customer feedback/complaints with sales, operations or production teams

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

• Processing orders and requests

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues or various departments related to business operations

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

Required skills and qualifications

• Hotel Management & Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Min 2-3 yrs exp

• Good customer service skills & Problem solving skills

• Need to have patience and approach in positive manner towards customers

• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction, 

• Excellent presentation skills 

• Shift Timings are 2PM to 11PM

Salary: Both Male & Female, Experienced candidates salary will be from ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 P.M. or negotiable as per candidate suitability
