Job Description

Property Handling will soon be ServeFar


The Customer Interface Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective customers of ServeFar. This role is critical in ensuring a professional, responsive, and reassuring customer experience, especially for NRI property owners who rely on timely communication and clarity.

The executive will coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Property Managers to ensure customer queries, requests, and concerns are accurately recorded, promptly addressed, and effectively resolved.



Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Query Management

  • Attend to and professionally handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
  • Record all enquiries and interactions accurately in the CRM or customer database.
  • Acknowledge customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.



2. Lead Handling & Information Management

  • Collect and verify customer details and requirements, including property type, location, NRI status, and service needs.
  • Share relevant customer information with the Sales and Business Development teams for further engagement.
  • Track enquiry status and ensure smooth handover between teams.



3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Act as a single-point coordination interface for customers within the organization.
  • Support customer retention through proactive communication and responsiveness.



4. Service Explanation & Solution Support

  • Clearly explain ServeFar’s property management services, processes, and value proposition to customers.
  • Understand customer pain points and suggest suitable service options based on their needs.
  • Address routine questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.



5. Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution

  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Property Managers to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Follow up internally until closure and keep customers informed of progress.
  • Ensure customer commitments and timelines are tracked and met.



6. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Prepare basic reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions as required.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.



Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Proficient in computers, CRM systems, and MS Office tools



Experience

  • Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, Customer Relationship Executive, or Customer Support Executive
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or service-based industries will be an added advantage
