Job Summary 

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle customer data, and support marketing and customer engagement activities for our e-commerce platform. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and update customer data in the CRM system. 
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups through CRM tools. 
• Coordinate with customer support, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues. 
• Track customer interactions, orders, and service requests. 
• Support email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for customer engagement. 
• Prepare customer reports and analytics to improve service quality. 
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response to queries. 

Required Skills 

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and customer database management. 
• Strong communication and coordination skills. 
• Basic Excel and reporting skills. 
• Problem-solving and customer handling ability. 

Qualification 

• Any Graduate 
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
