Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer support.
2.Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services.
3.Convert customer inquiries into successfull sales.
4.Resolve customer queries related to pricing ,plans and offers.
5.Handle customer objections and close deals professionally.
6.Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
7.Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion
8.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
9.Maintain high call quality and customer.
