Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Non-Voice Process)
Location: Work From Home
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
About Us:We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to assist with our YouTube Cashcow Program funnel. This role involves providing excellent support to our customers via email, chat, and phone while ensuring smooth data management and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice calls.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Help customers with issues related to program registration, payments, or course content.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
Support customers in understanding basic technology and tools used in the program.
Manage and organize data efficiently, ensuring confidentiality.
Stay updated on the program's offerings and policies.
Required Skills:Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Word Documents.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Documents, and Forms.
Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of additional languages like Telugu or Hindi is a bonus.
Other Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle data management tasks effectively.
Prior experience in email support or customer service is preferred.
